1. Pick up key from frontdesk (call via Walkie, slack message)
2. Escort the guests to the room
3. Carry suitcases for ladies, if need help please ask the front office staff/housekeeping staff
4. Explain about the: Aircon, lights, utilities, mosquito etc.
